I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

What side does the seal go on a certificate?
DIRECTION OF THE SEAL IMPRINT Only on the left does it print upright. On the other sides of the page it is either sideways or upside down.
How do you put a seal on a document?
Launch Word and open the document you wish to seal. Click the cursor into the place where you want the sign and seal line to appear. For a new Word document, click the blank document button on the main screen. Click the Insert tab, then click the Signature Line menu option in the Text section of the ribbon.
What is a seal on a document?
seal. n. a device which creates an impression upon paper or melted wax, used by government agencies, corporations and notaries public to show that the document is validly executed, acknowledged or witnessed, since the seal is unique to the sealer. Corporate seals state the name, date, and state of incorporation.
Where do you put a seal on a certificate?
On some documents, especially diplomas and transcripts, the embossed seal is placed near the bottom right-hand corner. Over the years, I've seen numbers of notarized documents where the notary used an embosser and stamped over their signature, which made the signature and the embossed seal hard to read.
How can I get company seal?
Register your corporation with the state. Corporations are governed by the state, not federally. Head to a local office supply store. Design your corporate seal. Choose the embosser. Purchase the corporate seal.
Do all notaries have a raised seal?
Notary Stamp: Notary seal stamps are inked rubber stamps that imprint state required information usually the Notary Public's name, state of commission and date of commission expiration. Some states still require a raised embossed seal, but embossers are more commonly used in conjunction with the inked rubber stamp.

Can I notarize something without my stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
