Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

PDFfiller is full featured and extremely easy to use. You can add text, images, highlights and shapes with just a few clicks, and position what you add exactly where you want it to be. Who could ask for more from a PDF product? I mean, try doing those things with Adobe Acrobat and you'll quickly see how much easier it is to do with PDFfiller.

PDFfiller is a great tool to use for editing and templates
PDFfiller allows me to utilize the same forms frequently. As a result, templates or refillable forms ensure document preparation is quicker and more efficient.
Cloud security, ability to easily create templates for commonly used forms, flatten forms after fields filled in when saving to hard drive, in PDFFiller form remains in tact and is editable for reuse, and menu set-up.
I wish PDFfiller would add the ability to add pages to a documents and allow downloading of templates created. Currently, in personal account, PDFfiller allows emailing to recipient to update information in fields, but doesn't allow me to download my template to my hard drive.

Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. How do you get paper tags?
Contact your insurance company and let them know you've bought a new car. Go to your local Department of Motor Vehicles. Apply for a temporary license plate when you register your car. Pay any applicable fees. Display your temporary tag prominently on your vehicle.
How much is a dealer tag?
A: The price you'll pay for your dealer license will depend on what kind of vehicles you are selling and where you are located. The application fee for many states is around $200.
How do I get dealer plates?
Obtain a Retail and Wholesale Car Dealer License. Receive a Dealer Plate. Access to all Dealer Only Auctions. Retail, Wholesale and Export Vehicles. Full Dealership Insurance and Bond Included. All forms needed to conduct transactions included.
Is it illegal to have dealer plates?
Dealer Plate Laws The laws on dealer plates vary significantly state-to-state. But in general, most states only allow dealer license plates to be used by an owner, officer, employee of the dealership, or by a customer that is test-driving the car, according to the Automobile Dealer Training Association.
How long can you drive with a dealer plate?
Under the current law, new-car drivers are issued a small temporary registration to stick onto the corner of the windshield. You're then free to ride around without plates for up to 90 days.

Temporary License Plates and Electronic Report of Sale. Vehicles sold by California licensed dealers and lessor-retailers after January 1, 2019, will be required to display temporary paper license plates or permanent license plates issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Can you drive a car without plates if you just bought it?
The exception is moving vehicles or test-driving them in the motor-trade when special trade-plates can be used to move unregistered / insured cars around. If you recently bought a new or pre-owned vehicle, congratulations! However, if you haven't registered your vehicle, you won't be able to legally drive it.
