tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.
