It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

it's been satisfactory so far how ever with the limitations i can't justify the cost especially the requiired annual payment in which i can't afford at this time and the use of the product will be limited and not on a consistent basis therefore i can't pay the annual fee at one time

How do I split up a PDF ticket?
Step 1: Click Upload Local Files Step 2: Select PDF file containing the tickets you wish to separate. Step 3: Select Split All Pages and wait for file to process. Step 4: Download and Open zip file with your separated tickets.
How do I split a PDF into multiple files?
First, open the PDF file that you want to break into different parts. Click on the Tools pane, Pages panel and select the Split Document command. The Split Document dialog allows you to control the split by the number of pages in a file, file size, or by top-level bookmarks.
How can I split a PDF into separate files online?
Upload the PDF file you want to split. Click on the scissor icon on the page after which you want to split the document. Click on “Split All” to save all PDF pages individually (optional). Use the “Reset” button to undo all marked splits (optional). Clicking on “Save” opens the saving options.
