I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! She showed me step-by-step how to do it. Thanks Anna!

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.

What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.

I am whiting out personal information, Printing documents with additional text not on it to avoid printing more than necessary.

Good for regular use
It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
