I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. So far great! Just wish we had more options on auto-page numbering. If your document has a cover or a forward like a book, those are pages you don't want numbers on.

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.
What do you dislike?
I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

PDF when u can't PDF
Overall, this is a great software. I use often , and find it very helpful.
I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible.
I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.

Just started using it . Too early, but looks Good!

I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me.
I like PDFfiller very much.

Made it super easy to add text to a document I need to prepare for my 401K plan. This is highly recommended tool. I used the basic package and it was suffice for me. Thank you pdfFiller! :)
