Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.

Does Title matter on airline ticket?
No you don't have to change the title on your ticket. As long as the first name and surname are spelled correctly you will be ok.

Does it matter if you put Mr instead of Miss on flight details?
No, it will not be a problem. As long as your names are the same on your ticket as on your passport it will be fine. Mr, Mrs, Ms etc does not appear on your passport.
Is it a problem if wrong title is printed on flight ticket?
As per airline policies it is not permitted to travel if the gender is different from the identity proof and the one mentioned on ticket. However, it is not rare for such issues as the mistake unavoidably happens.
Does Miss or Mrs matter on a flight?
If you call them before you check in they very often do the correction for free or a very small fee. But this issue (Mrs vs Ms/Mrs) is not worth worrying about at all. Don't need to worry about title, because its not on passports. Enjoy your flight!
