The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Trial Work Period lets you work and get benefits at the same time no matter how much money you make. This period continues until you've made more than the Trial Work Month limit in 9 different months during a 5-year period. The exact limit changes each year. In 2020, the limit is $910.
The EYE is a 36-month period during which you'll continue to receive your full benefit every month as long as you remain disabled and earn less than Social Security's substantial gainful activity (SGA) threshold. In 2019, the SGA level is $1,220 for non-blind individuals and $2,040 for the blind.
To be eligible for Social Security disability benefits, you'll need to make $1,220 or less per month in 2019. If you're blind, the limit is $2,040. This amount is known as “substantial gainful activity,” and is adjusted each year.
You use 1 month when you earn Trial Work Level (TWO) $810 in 2016 ($780 2015 and $770 in 2014). You can keep receiving benefits no matter how much you work and earn, even above Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA), until you use up all 9 months.
You can generally work part-time while you apply for Social Security disability benefits as long as your earnings don't exceed a certain amount set by Social Security each year. In addition to the amount of money you make, Social Security may look at the number of hours you're able to work.
A person who earns more than a certain monthly amount is considered to be “engaging in SGA.” Federal regulations use the national average wage index to set the income limit for determining the SGA each year. In 2020, the amount is $1,260 for disabled applicants and $2,110 for blind applicants.
The Social Security earnings limits are established each year by the SSA. For 2020, those who are younger than full retirement age throughout the year can earn up to $18,240 per year without losing any of their benefits. After that, you'll lose $1 of annual benefits for every $2 you make above the threshold.
Generally, SDI recipients can't start doing what's considered “substantial gainful activity” (SGA) and continue to receive disability benefits. In a nutshell, doing SGA means you are working and making more than $1,260 per month in 2020 (or $2,110 if you're blind).
