This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

What is a conditional field?
A conditional field is a field that is hidden from the respondent's view by default. Once triggered by a multiple choice option, it is visible on the form. To create a conditional field, you must have a multiple-choice field to trigger it. Conditional fields cannot be triggered by text input questions.
How do you write a conditional form?
Step 1: Create a form. The first step is simply to create a form that includes all possible fields. Step 2: Indicate the field's conditions. To add a condition to a field, click on that field's link icon () and indicate your condition. Step 3: Relate conditional fields to their trigger field.

Where is conditional formatting used?
Select the range A1:A10. On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Conditional Formatting. Click Top/Bottom Rules, Above Average. Select a formatting style. Click OK.

From the Home tab, click the Conditional Formatting command. A drop-down menu will appear. Hover the mouse over the desired conditional formatting type, then select the desired rule from the menu that appears.
