Best Friendly user software It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures. I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more. I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
See, for example, clause 12 of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Agreement which states: Rent is considered late the day after it is due. The landlord may impose penalties on a tenant for late rent payments (emphasis added).
A five-day grace period means that rent due on the 1st wouldn't get a late fee until the 6th. However, this does not mean that rent is actually due on the 5th but that's the message that is inadvertently conveyed. Rent is due on the due date please don't make a habit out of paying within the grace period.
When rent is due and when it's considered late. Lots of tenants are absolutely convinced that if rent is due on the 1st, they actually have until the 5th (or sometimes the 7th or even the 10th) of the month to pay, because they are within what they believe to be a legal grace period.
In California, for example, a landlord may give a tenant a nonpayment of rent notice as soon as the rent is late, and the notice must give the tenant three days to pay rent or move before the landlord can file for eviction (Cal. CIV.
Normally, a late fee should not apply until at least three days after the rent due date. The fee should be within a certain percentage of your rent. Your landlord is always on shaky ground if the late charge exceeds 5% of the rent. That's $38 on a $750-per-month rental.
In California, for example, rent is typically due on the first, and there's usually a grace period until the third. On the 4th day of the month, a property manager might send a Three-Day Notice to Pay or Quit to anyone who hasn't paid rent yet.
Your landlord will typically give you a set number of days to pay rent that is past due. Generally, you will get between three and five days in order to pay rent, or “quit” the lease and move out.
Any landlord will try to make a collection first. You may have to pay a late fee, but eviction, no. Also, it is good etiquette to let them know beforehand. Yes they can.
