I found PDF Filler to be very easy to use. Filling in a form online was simple, printing was simple, and saving the completed form was simple. Excellent program.

I use it for filling out work related forms. The forms look much better when filled out online rather than writing in all of the data. I'm able to save a copy online or on my computer, rather than filing a hard copy. It's very convenient and the forms look good too.

Drop Down Option Even though the default setting for a data validation list is to show the arrow, it's possible to change that setting. In the Data Tools group, click Data Validation. On the Settings tab, add a check mark to In-cell drop. Click OK.
Create the list in cells A1:A4. Select cell E3. Choose Validation from the Data menu. Choose List from the Allow option's drop-down list. Click the Source control and drag to highlight the cells A1:A4. Make sure the In-Cell Dropdown option is checked.
Select the cells that you want to contain the lists. On the ribbon, click DATA > Data Validation. In the dialog, set Allow to List. Click in Source, type the text or numbers (separated by commas, for a comma-delimited list) that you want in your drop-down list, and click OK.
Click the DATA tab, and click Data Validation. In the Data Validation dialog, set Allow to List. This enables a list in the cell. Leave In-cell drop-down selected. This enables a drop-down list in the cell. Verify the cell contains a drop-down list with the options provided by the cell range.
In the Data Validation dialog, select List from the Allow drop-down list, select the list including the blank cell you want to create data validation list based on and uncheck the Ignore blank option. 4. Click OK. Now you will see the first option in the data validation list is blank.
