Very good user friendly software. The only negative was the advertised payment of showing a monthly amount but the company deducted the whole 12 months in one lump sum.

Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Permits. Electrical permits ensure that homeowners who perform their own electrical work--or hire contractors to perform it--comply with local building safety codes. Homeowners can apply for permits to perform their own electrical work.
When do I need an electrical permit? Simple electrical work such as replacing a bad outlet, installing a fixture, or replacing a fan does not require a permit. It is the for those bigger jobs, the kind that most of us would be afraid to do for fear of getting electrocuted, a permit and inspector are required.
Permits and Inspections Are Required For Most Electrical Work. ... Electrical work is different from most all other types of home services. Many electrical jobs require a permit and according to state law, the work must be inspected before the job is finished.
Homeowners may only pull permits themselves if they are performing the work alone or with friends and relatives who are unpaid. For other projects, paying a contractor to pull a permit can save time and money.
Some forms of electrical work fall outside any state or local regulation. In general, homeowners can perform only the most basic repairs on their own, without any form of license or permit. This includes tasks such as replacing a light switch, outlet cover or lighting fixture.
Fines may be assessed if building occurs without a permit. A home can be tagged for a fine each time an inspector drives through a neighborhood and sees work being completed without a permit. ... Therefore, it's critical that homeowners get a permit before attempting any building projects in their home.
Any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the provisions of this code, unless provision is otherwise made in this code, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
Filing a Building Permit Violation Form. ... Further, construction performed without a permit can expose a homeowner to additional liability and costs. When a contractor performs improvement work without a local building permit, it is a violation of Business and Professions (B&P) Code sections 7110 and 7090.
If someone were to build a shed, barn or other structure on his or her property without a building permit, the person could get slapped with a fine for not going through the proper channels. Also, if the shed is too close to a property line, the person may have to take down the shed and start all over again.
