Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Faster Payments cannot trace individual payments. ... If your payment has been sent to someone at a different bank to you, your bank will communicate with the other bank on your behalf. If money has been taken from your account as a result of a fraud (known as an 'unauthorized payment') you have additional protection.
If you have a transaction number, you can track down the status of a bank transfer, whether it's through the service that you used to send the money or a third-party trace initiated by your financial institution.
Visit your local bank branch if you cannot find the transaction on any of your paper or electronic statements. Provide the bank with as much information as you can to help them find the transaction you wish to trace.
You will also have to buy it with a credit or debit card as payment. So you're leaving a paper trail which can be traced back to you, or at least connected to you if you got a friend to buy it for you. Originally Answered: Can prepay debit cards be traced? Yes, pretty much so.
Banks must set up an industry-wide system that enables them to trace where that stolen money goes to give them a chance of clawing it back.' ... If a bank cannot claw back a victim's money, they can now enter details of the accounts the cash was taken from into a central system run from Vocal ink, part of Mastercard.
Fortunately, if you've misplaced your documents, you might be able to get a copy from the bank. Banks are required by law to keep most records of checking and savings accounts for five years.
