User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you

I appreciated the ease and speed, just a few little glitches here and there when entering data and printing. Dealing with IRS docs, so need to do it correctly and quickly. Thanks!

If an employee quits and, where required, provides the proper amount of notice (one week for employees employed more than three months, but less than two years and two weeks for those who have worked for their employer for two or more years), employers must pay the employee his or her final wages within three days
California law says that an “employee who quits must be paid at the office or agency of the employer in the county where the employee worked.” In some circumstances, however, employees who quit can request that their paycheck be delivered by mail or direct deposit.
You must provide the employee's final paycheck. Although last paycheck laws vary by state, giving a terminated employee their final paycheck on their last day can simplify your employer responsibilities. That way, you don't need to mail the paycheck or have the employee pick it up from your business at a later date.
Federal law does not require employers to give a final paycheck to employees immediately. If an employee has not received payment on the usual payday, he or she may choose to contact the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division or the applicable state labor department.

If an employee quits without giving advance notice, the employer must provide the final paycheck within 72 hours. However, if an employee quits and gives at least 72 hours' notice, the employee is entitled to the final paycheck immediately, meaning on his or her last day.
California law says that an “employee who quits must be paid at the office or agency of the employer in the county where the employee worked.” In some circumstances, however, employees who quit can request that their paycheck be delivered by mail or direct deposit.
In a number of states, employees who quit are entitled to their paycheck on the next scheduled payday, according to the usual payroll cycle. However, some states make an exception for employees who give a lot of notice before quitting. These employees may be entitled to receive their final paychecks sooner.
