Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved

My overall experience was great I loved the app and I will use it again and recommended it to y friends and family.
That It was easy to use and I could get things done that I needed to. I needed it to fill out some important information for food stamps and I was able to use the digital signature I like that a lot

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
