Transcribe Amount Form: easy document editing

The PDF is one of the most common document format for various reasons. PDF files are accessible on any device, so you can share them between devices with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone — it will appear same for all of them.

Security is the primary reason professionals in the business and academic world choose PDF files to share and store information. That’s why it’s important to choose a secure editor when managing documents. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve read their documents and track potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files using just one browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing its appearance and add some fillable fields to make a document singable. Work with the finished document yourself or share it with others in any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and completes it.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with other users to complete the fields. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send to sign.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Add input fields if you need any; pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

I have tested it and every elements concerning my line of work are deeply thought out and very crisp. I had a problem of sending a folder but the solution is in merging the files to create one new file to send. The software is brilliant and less costly than all the competition I have tested.

I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Use the numeral plus cents for amounts under one dollar. Examples: I need 15 cents. Use the dollar sign plus the numeral for dollar amounts under one million. Use the word dollar only once for a range up to ten. Use the dollar sign and numerals when transcribing a range of currency over ten dollars.
It should be remembered that numbers zero to nine must be written out. For example, zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and nine. When the numbers reach double figures, they should be written as numerals. For example, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 50, 100, and so on.
Insert one 'tab' between the speaker name and the spoken dialogue as you transcribe the recording. Insert a line break between each paragraph as you transcribe the recording. Bold each speaker label as you transcribe the recording.
The average person can transcribe one audio hour in about 4 hours. It takes most people about one hour to transcribe 15 minutes of a clear, slow audio file.
Transcribe it as if each is speaking in turn. Again, concentrate on one voice and one sentence at a time. Fully transcribe the first sentence of what the first person is saying, inserting the appropriate crosstalk tag in places where you simply cannot understand due to the other voices.
Use a dash to indicate an abrupt interruption mid-sentence by another speaker. Never use a dash to indicate a stutter. Leave out stutters in Clean Verbatim. With spoken dialogue do not transcribe verbal tics (like habitual Memphis) that interrupt the primary speaker's sentence.
If there is a lengthy pause, write it as [pause]. Most brief pauses will not require the indication of a pause. Instead of typing [pause], using ., or, use a comma, which is used to indicate slight pauses in speech. Identify all nonverbal communication, such as pauses, laughter, crying, sighing, and so on.
Capture EVERY word (don't paraphrase) Many transcriptionists have the habit of paraphrasing statements to convey the general idea of what is being said rather than typing the exact words. Don't leave out non-verbal communication. Catch those fillers and false starts. Note external sounds.
