I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.

The site was a good one.If I didn't have to subscribe or do some payment with this site.I would have enjoyed it better.But so far it was a great experience.The site came on time when I needed it urgently for editing and printing my document.

Very convenient to fill out PDFs
It's a wonderful application and offers convenience.
It alllows you to easily fill out PDFs instead of printing them and doing it manually and dc an I g them back into computer.
Sometimes the alignment can be a little offer when placing where you put the cursor to fill out the pdf.
