Transcribe Break License: edit PDF documents from anywhere
The PDF is a popular file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. PDFs will always appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.
The next primary reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any confidential data in them from person to person. That’s why it is important to get a secure editing tool for managing documents. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track any and all potential security breaches.
pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and share PDF directly from your web browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google sheet and start editing it and add some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Send it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and fills it out.
Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage. Collaborate with users to complete the document and request an attachment if needed. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send for signing.
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.
