I used the trial version of PDFfiller for 30 days and it did exactly what I needed. I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

Interesting product the pdfFiller. I would like to learn what else I can do with this software. The new look for the PDF is wonderful but I don't know if I would be able to use the old PDF from Microsoft. It seems I just paid my Microsoft subscription. It seems that the PDF is a software of it's own and doesn't come with the Microsoft Tools.

Making signing easy
It was a great team friendly program that made things get done a lot faster and more efficiently even in large with large numbers working on the same thing.
Makes getting multiple groups of people working on one thing done faster with not all having to come to the same place.
Sometimes it was difficult trying to download the papers once the words were added.
