Transcribe Contact Record: make editing documents online a breeze

As PDF is the most common file format for business, having the best PDF editor is a must.

The most commonly-used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. This makes creating and sharing most of them effortless. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. The Portable Document Format is ideal for basic presentations and easy-to-read reports.

Many solutions allow you to edit PDFs, but there are only a few to cover all use cases and don't cost you a fortune.

pdfFiller’s editing solution has features for annotating, editing, converting PDFs into other formats, adding e-signatures, and completing forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editing solution you can use in your browser. You don’t have to download or install any applications. It’s an extensive platform you can use from any device with an internet connection.

Ask other users to complete the document and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

I have used other PDF form fillers, but this is definitely nicer and easier to use. I am jumping through the VA hoops to try to get a pension for my brother. PDF filler just made it so much easier. I downloaded all of the forms that needed filled and had them all done in no time. I really like this app.

Evernote for Android. You always could use the app to record audio notes such as lectures or meetings, but now it also allows you to turn those audiophiles into text. The app is free, but because Evernote uses Google Android's text transcription service, you do need to be online to use it.

Tap on a text field and, instead of typing, tap the microphone icon next to the space bar. Speak the message you'd like to send out loud. In places, you want punctuation, you'll have to include it with your voice. For example, say “comma” where you'd like to put a comma or say “period” to end a sentence.
Start Call Recording. Click on “Record” on the right side of the control panel at the bottom of the screen. End Call & Save Recording. Select your Zoom recording. Select the language. Hit “Transcribe” Proofread & Export your transcript.
The Rev Voice Recorder, Sphalerite and Transcribe Me for iOS and Android are among the free apps that can do this, but you need to pay for the transcription. Fees typically range from about 79 cents to $1 per minute of audio. Android users have many of the same tools available for dictation and transcription.
