It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately. It is super user friendly. Great pricing after the 30 day free trial. But my favorite part is the set up and how many different things you can easily do!!!!

Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour.
