Very Helpful Product
This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. How do you write a transcription?
Insert one 'tab' between the speaker name and the spoken dialogue as you transcribe the recording. Insert a line break between each paragraph as you transcribe the recording.
How do you transcribe a quote?
When quoting, the first word of a complete sentence should be capitalized. Do not use quotation marks in indirect quotations (when the speaker paraphrases what has been said). Example: The man said that he was in a hurry. Commas and periods always go inside the quotation marks.
How do you transcribe?
Find a quiet space. Plug yourself in. Open a blank Google Doc. Open the Voice Typing tool. Ensure the Voice Typing button appears. Ensure your microphone is turned on and your language is set. Click the recording button, and begin speaking. Watch along as you transcribe.
How do you transcribe pauses in speech?
Instead of typing [pause], using ., or, use a comma, which is used to indicate slight pauses in speech. Identify all nonverbal communication, such as pauses, laughter, crying, sighing, and so on. Then [laugh] the next time. Use proper punctuation.

If there is more than one speaker, their names (if they are known) must be used. Always use a speaker label, even if there's only one speaker. Make each speaker's role in the audio as descriptive as possible.

How do you transcribe actions?
Capture EVERY word (don't paraphrase) Many transcriptionists have the habit of paraphrasing statements to convey the general idea of what is being said rather than typing the exact words. Don't leave out non-verbal communication. Catch those fillers and false starts. Note external sounds.
