So far so good... I could not find anything that said I have to pay AFTER I filled out a form. After I informed PDF of this situation they said I should have found it here and there. I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.
