I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. How do you transcribe numbers?
It should be remembered that numbers zero to nine must be written out. For example, zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and nine. When the numbers reach double figures, they should be written as numerals. For example, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 50, 100, and so on.
How do you properly transcribe?
Insert one 'tab' between the speaker name and the spoken dialogue as you transcribe the recording. Insert a line break between each paragraph as you transcribe the recording. Bold each speaker label as you transcribe the recording.
How do you transcribe fast?

How do you transcribe interruptions?
Use a dash to indicate an abrupt interruption mid-sentence by another speaker. Never use a dash to indicate a stutter. Leave out stutters in Clean Verbatim. With spoken dialogue do not transcribe verbal tics (like habitual Memphis) that interrupt the primary speaker's sentence.
