I had know problem using it.
It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

Pdffiller- I used this site to help me with a paper. I had signed up for a free trial. Thought I had canceled subscription. I found I had a charge from them today and immediately contacted them. I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.
