I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.

Easy to import edit
Easy to import edit- wished I had this a long time ago! I was desperately trying to find a way to send my Doctor forms. Scanner/Printer was knocked out from the storm.

How do you transcribe phone calls?
Open the app, start a new call, then add your contact as a call participant. Rev will record the call then send you a transcribed soon after and using Rev integrations you can get notified about the completed transcribe or save it to your file storage app automatically.
Is it legal to transcribe a phone call?
Federal law requires one-party consent, enabling you to record a conversation in person or over the phone, but only if you are participating in the conversation. If you are not part of the conversation, but you are recording it, then you are engaging in illegal eavesdropping or wiretapping.
Do you have to tell someone if you record a phone call?
Federal law and many state wiretapping statutes permit recording if one party (including you) to the phone call or conversation consents. Other states require that all parties to the communication consent. Unfortunately, it is not always easy to tell which law applies to a communication, especially a phone call.

What states can you not record phone calls?
Eleven (11) states require the consent of everybody involved in a conversation or phone call before the conversation can be recorded. Those states are: California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.
Can you listen to phone calls you made?
If your question is more like listening to the conversation which other's have made using your phone than, you may need to install some recording apps or enable your phone's auto-recording functionality. This function is available on most phones, both basic phone and smartphones. Download it from your app store.
Can you listen to previous phone calls?
There is an app in Play call InC all Recorder. It works well and is easy to use. HOWEVER: you must check with local laws before using it! Many localities prohibit call recording unless all parties are aware of it.
