What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

What do you like best?
The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well
What do you dislike?
The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial

I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

How do you transcribe?
