Quick to respond to email. Quick to respond to email. Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. We are signed up with them and will be a great customer of theirs.Peter

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Screen Resolution: It is recommended, as a minimum, that you use 800×600 resolution. Ideally 1024×768 or 1280×1024. Please note that some computers will not support the higher resolutions. If you're using a Windows-compatible PC, right-click on your desktop and choose Properties.
Change your screen resolution. CRT monitors generally display a resolution of 800 × 600 or 1024 A 768 pixels and can work well at different resolutions. LCD monitors, also called flat-panel displays, and laptop screens often support higher resolutions and work best at a specific resolution.
As of March 2012, 1366 × 768 was the most common display resolution.
That is, until now. According to the latest data from StatCounter, 1366×768 screens just surpassed 1024×768 as the most popular screen resolution used by the visitors to StatCounter's global network of sites.
Display resolution To specify the resolution of a display device manufacturers use a certain format which refers to the horizontal and vertical pixels. For example, 1024×768 refers to a display capable of 1,024 pixels in width and 768 pixels in height.
Right-click on an empty section of your Windows desktop. Click the “Screen Resolution” option that appears in the list. View the numbers shown next to the “Resolution:” heading on this screen. The first number is the number of horizontal pixels Windows is trying to display.
Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution. Click the drop-down list next to Resolution. Check for the resolution marked (recommended).
Open the Apple menu at the very top-left of the screen and click on About This Mac. Click on the More Info button, which will open up a window with lots of categories of information. The Graphics/Displays category will tell you your screen resolution.
