I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I had to send an important medical document on short notice and needed to fill a pdf document that was not fillable. I quickly did a search on the internet and found the pdfFilter. To my surprise, it was effortless to do, and was able to send the document in a timely manner.

As an inexpensive and simple tool for signing documents digitally, pdfFiller is unrivaled in value compared to other solutions offered by Adobe and others. Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always.
It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.
