I was looking for a PDF filler software that would be easy to use, fast and reliable. I couldn't print directly so I followed instructions for converting document into PDF file on my computer - smooth sailing after that. I like the paper trail of all activities with forms - very helpful to review My Account and see what I have done.

Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!

Very quick, efficient, and easy to use. I don't mind paying for the annual subscription because I know I can rely on my documents getting done with no messing around!

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

Easy & simple to use!
Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention.
I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.
