It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Found that out when I clicked "done" and suddenly the prices came up. Very confusing way to do business.

The fact that PayPal has removed you from their approved subscription list may be entirely technical but it does not inspire confidence.

You need t tell people that if they enter numbers with commas, the IRS filing process does not work. After lots of time and trial/error, I stumbled across that as the cause of my problems.

Worked well. Forgot that I had signed up for a free trail. The annual subscription fee hit may bank account, then I remembered! Hell, since I'm paying for it, I might as well use the program.It worked really well! LOL!!

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. If I had any complaints, it would be that I have to change the size of the font if I am updating a previous document that I edit.

Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.
