Transformation Feature Transcript: edit PDFs from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most common document format for various reasons. It's accessible on any device, so you can share files between gadgets with different screen resolution and settings. It will open exactly the same no matter you open it on Mac computer or an Android smartphone.

Data safety is another reason we rather to use PDF files to store and share personal data and documents. That’s why it’s important to pick a secure editor when working online. Apart from password protection, particular platforms grant access to an opening history to track down those who read or filled out the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that allows you to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files directly from your internet browser tab. Convert an MS Word file or a Google sheet and start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make it a singable document. Send it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and fills it out.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with others to complete the fields. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When you've finished editing, click the 'Done' button and save or email your document.

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level. So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

This is an excellent way to file claims. I print through the mobile app because it is so convenient. I am getting good results with claim processing. This is a good tool for my office.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
There are four main types of transformations: translation, rotation, reflection and dilation.
A function transformation takes whatever is the basic function f (x) and then “transforms” it (or “translates” it), which is a fancy way of saying that you change the formula a bit and thereby move the graph around. This is three units higher than the basic quadratic, f (x) = x2. That is, x2 + 3 is f (x) + 3.
Start with parentheses (look for possible horizontal shift) (This could be a vertical shift if the power of x is not 1.) Deal with multiplication (stretch or compression) Deal with negation (reflection) Deal with addition/subtraction (vertical shift)
By changing the order of operations using the parentheses, we have also changed the order of the transformations: Start with: f(x) x^2 (0, 0) Shrink horizontally by 3: f(3x) (3x)^2 (0, 0) Shift 3 units to the right: f(3(x — 3)) (3(x — 3))^2 (3, 0) Here we first replaced x with 3x, which shrinks the graph about the y-
When combining horizontal transformations written in the form f(bx+h) f (b x + h) , first horizontally shift by h and then horizontally stretch by 1b. Horizontal and vertical transformations are independent. It does not matter whether horizontal or vertical transformations are performed first.
There are three basic rigid transformations: reflections, rotations, and translations. Reflections reflect the shape across a line which is given. Rotations rotate a shape around a center point which is given. Translations slide or move a shape from one place to another.
A rigid transformation (also called an isometry) is a transformation of the plane that preserves length. Reflections, translations, rotations, and combinations of these three transformations are “rigid transformations”.
