At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am not very savvy with computers and am trying to learn more everyday. Your system was easy enough where I did not have to call my kids to help me figure it out. What do you like best?
pdfFiller has enabled us to go paperless thanks to its editing and pre-fill capacity. It also helps us in not printing the PDF file when soft files can be edited with pdfFiller.
What do you dislike?
A new signature template would be appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller is mostly used for editing PDF documents, signing important contracts, emails, training PDF files, filling up Tax PDF files, employment agreement without having to print it.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read through the documentation on how to use it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

This site is invaluable
The site is invaluable. While it will take few minutes to understand the steps necessary to fulfill your objective, especially for the novice. Once you recognize the protocol the site comes to be MOSTUseful!

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
