PDFfiller has is a great application for my personal and business life Used to fill out tax and health forms. Used it fill forms related to my real estate business as the forms are repetitive and can be revised easily I like that I can email documents or email them from the application I like that I can store all of my documents in one place and retrieve them easily I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new. I can't think of any downside to the product

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. What do you like best? Ability to quickly and easily edit PDF's What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to undo changes made. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work in real estate and I often need to fill in PDF's with information for my clients. Being able to do in a web based platform makes it easy to do on any computer.

Fill in the information to reference the original deed including the original granter and grantee's names, the document number and the date and time the original deed recorded.
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation. The final step is to add an explanation for the correction.
Determine if the error is harmless or fatal to the transfer of title. Decide what instrument is best suited to the error. Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Original Granter(s) signature(s) obtained. Deed is re-executed. Re-acknowledgment before a notary.
With a property conveyed for purchase, it is with little difficulty that a deed may sustain a mistake in the description in the documentation. This issue creates a defective deed and will impact the chain of title negatively. A wrong call in the metes and bounds or a lot number mistake could lead to problems.

Confirmation deeds are also known as correction deeds. They are entered into between parties to rectify any errors made in a previous deed. These errors may include typing error, misspell name, error in property description, or any other error in execution of the documents.
