I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

Easy to Use but Not Free
This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. i have tried 3 other pdf software for…
i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.
