At what age do you get a horizontal license?
This makes it easier to quickly identify people who are under 21 when purchasing age restricted items such as alcohol or tobacco or entering age restricted places like bars and casinos. Landscape orientated licenses are issued to drivers who are 21 or older than of the date of issue of the license.
Are all under 21 license vertical?
