The PDF is a widely used file format used for business forms because you can access them from any device. PDF files will appear the same, whether you open it on Mac, a Microsoft one or use a smartphone.

The next reason is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any confidential data with them. Besides password protection features, some platforms offer opening history to track down those who opened or completed the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, modify, sign, and send your PDF directly from your browser tab. Thanks to the integrations with the most popular business platforms, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Once you finish editing a document, you can send it to recipients to fill out, and you'll get a notification when they're finished.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask your recipient to fill out the document and request an attachment if needed. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign.

I needed to print but had to wait to get ink for printer. Two days later I couldn't find the document to print and one of the Reps from your company helped me find the documents and I was able to print them. Thank you.

PDF FILLER I have used this for payroll and accounting documents at work and for personal use as well. I have not had any trouble using it at all. The ease of use if wonderful. I love how much more professional documents look when using the PDF Filler than hand writing. That is another thing I love about this software - you can do it all on the computer/laptop and just attach to an email if you need to send it to someone or print for the files if that's what is needed. I don't believe I have anything I don't like about it!! Who like hand writing forms??
