I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

When should I receive my deed?
The day the deed gets recorded is the day you own the home. Depending on the county, you usually get the deed mailed to you in a week to sometimes 3 weeks or more. But they do not affect your ownership. When the loan is paid off, if you have a loan, you get a release of that loan when paid off.
How long does it take to receive a deed?
Process Takes Around Two Weeks Once your transaction closes, you will receive the deed to your property along with your title insurance policy. The title process usually takes about two weeks. However, depending on the property and transaction type, this can vary dramatically.
How long does Land Registry take to change deeds?
It usually takes four to six weeks to complete the legal processes involved in the transfer of title.
What happens if you don't record a deed?
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. However, failure to record a deed may cause problems for the new owner. For example, the lack of an official deed will make it nearly impossible to sell the property again or refinance a mortgage.
Do you get a copy of your deed at closing?
Generally, the lender sends the documents to be recorded after the closing. Typically, the lender will provide you with a copy of the deed of trust after the closing. The original warranty deeds are often mailed to the grantee after they are recorded.
