Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

its easy to use, extremely helpful in editing my files the only thing i dont like is the $20 a month payment plan. other than that its thee PERFECT online solution to editing your files. id def recommend to other people

Price could be cheaper. Functions are not through out. Sometimes the convert docs from pdf to word are not correct
