Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work. Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to the Department of Motor Vehicles or DMV.
Make your personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to DMV and write your vehicle license plate number on the front of your check or money. If you do 2 or 3 above, type or write in ink your new address on a small piece of Pay with your credit card, debit card with MasterCard or Visa logo, or e-check.
For most DMV transactions, you can pay with a credit card or debit card, cash, a personal check or a money order. Make out your personal check or money order to Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. You must use an acceptable credit card or debit card for any online transaction.
Appropriate fees should be included with the MV-44 (PDF) in the form of a check or money order made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Please refer to MV-70S, Bureau of Motor Vehicles Schedule of Fees, for required fees.
