Scroll down to the list of apps you've been using and then tap the app for which you want to set a new limit. Tap the Add Limit button at the bottom of the screen. Finally, set a time limit by scrolling the hours and minutes. If you'd like to set a limit for different days of the week, tap Customize Days.
To disable it, scroll down to the bottom of the Screen Time page and tap the Disable Screen Time option. Your iPhone or iPad will delete its collected usage data and stop tracking it. You can return here and re-enable Screen Time in the future if you like.
Tap (Settings) on the file/folder list screen. Tap [Power management]. Tap the button displayed to the right of [Power off timer]. [Disabled] is selected by default. Select the time you want the power of this unit to automatically turn off, and tap it. Disabled: This function is not used.
Repeat Timer can act simply as a stopwatch or countdown timer, but it can also handle intervals. You just set the main timer to whatever you want, then the interval timer to a separate length, and then choose the number of times you want both timers to repeat.
An interval timer, which is easy to set up and use. It features a nice plain design, with no unnecessary controls. Adjust Number of Sets, Action and Break duration to your needs, and you are ready to go! On the iOS an extra switch control allows you to prevent the screen from dimming.
Warm up for 15 minutes, adding a few 20-second bursts at the end to prepare for the workout. Run, bike, or row for 30 seconds at a nearly all-out effort. Take 3 minutes active recovery and repeat the 30 on/3 off pattern 5 or 6 more times. Finish with a 10-minute cooldown.
Go to Settings > Screen Time. Tap Turn On Screen Time. Tap Continue. Select This is My [device] or This is My Child's [device].
Open up the Settings app. Scroll down to the “Screen Time” section that's grouped with Notifications, Sounds, and Do Not Disturb. Tap on “Screen Time” to see your usage statistics.
