PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

Time saver! I have used PDFfiller for several months now and love it. It is a great tool which makes it extremely easy for me to quickly and efficiently fill out PDFs and return them to the sender. Wether it be filling out forms or signing a contract, it has saved me many many hours in the long run - and is a pleasure to use! There aren't really any cons to this plugin - it does exactly what it says it will do. However the user interface could be improved

Delighted at the ease of assisting me with a form I had never used before. Easy and quickness of maneuvering through various forms which I am unfamiliar with completing. Everything - there are no unknowns when using this program. It makes creating forms extremely easy!

I had know problem using it. It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs. Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

Thought I had cancelled my subscription… Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.

What do you like best? Completing forms and collaborating with clients and colleagues on documents. What do you dislike? I like everything about it. It is easy to use and intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it and it will make editing and sharing documents much easier! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Complete coop board applications with my clients and colleagues. We are not in the same location but can edit the same document.

Well , I'm learning Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature ..
