I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

Excellent application but not sure if its worth $9 a month for an individual user working on domestic household forms. Definitely worth it if using for a small business.
