I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

Most formal letters will start with 'Dear' before the name of the person that you are writing to: 'Dear Ms Brown,' or 'Dear Brian Smith,' You can choose to use first name and surname, or title and surname. 'Dear Sir/Madam,' Remember to add the comma.
Properly space the layout of the business letters you write, with space between the heading, the greeting, each paragraph, the closing, and your signature. Single space your letter and leave a space between each paragraph. When sending typed letters, leave two spaces before and after your written signature.
