Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

The support with this company surpasses…
The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.
