I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Directions for completing fillable forms were very clear, easy to follow, and concise. This is a great product for someone who is in need of fillable forms on a regular basis. Highly recommended.

Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

I signed up for the free trial and was…
I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. mostly good. Had trouble one day but it looked like it was site-wide. It was fixed by the next day. Would like to better understand how to capture documents and transfer to other files etc.

Can PHI be faxed?
When a covered entity is permitted by the HIPAA medical privacy rule to make a disclosure of protected health information (PHI), the covered entity can make the communication orally or in writing, by phone, fax, email, or otherwise. A laboratory may fax a patient's medical test results to a physician.
Can PHI be sent by fax?
Yes. The Privacy Rule allows covered health care providers to share protected health information for treatment purposes without patient authorization, as long as they use reasonable safeguards when doing so. These treatment communications may occur orally or in writing, by phone, fax, e-mail, or otherwise.
Is faxing a HIPAA violation?
Q: HIPAA does not address faxing patient information specifically, but, like any form of health information, it is protected under the privacy rule. Health care professionals need to understand that faxed patient information can easily fall into the wrong hands, which would be a violation of privacy.
Can PHI be sent by mail?
Yes, organizations can send PHI via email, if it is secure and encrypted. According to the HHS, the Security Rule does not expressly prohibit the use of email for sending phi. Essentially, you can send phi via email, but you have to do it securely, on HHS terms.
