I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Great editor, Could have some more funcationality but does 90% of what I want to do. Previously purchased another program (Soda PDF) and couldn't get my head around it. PDFfiller is soo much easier to use, with heaps of online help on how to do anything you want to do.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Filling out forms has been so easy and time saver.
Filling out forms has been so easy, best part is that I can edit and save in Adobe or PDF form. This site is great and inexpensive.

Have used it to fill out two forms and was very pleased with the experience. The only problem I encountered was being unable to expand the circle. May be due to my not fully understanding the program's capabilities.

a little hard to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it was great. Like the variety offorms tonselect from, some forms could be a bit more specific but other than thaat I love the program.

Could be worse for this price
I was expecting that it will be worse because I have seen a lot of weird and bad reviews. Especially in their Google extension market. But it works not bad, actually. I can recommend it.
