Haven't been able to add a blank page to the 3 page form I was working. The instructional video indicated I should see a "Pages" icon on the Edit line. I didn't.

This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. There are few issues while importing…
There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

How do you type initials?
initials in a name When a person uses two initials and a last name, a space should be inserted between the initials. A space also should be inserted between the last initial and the last name. But, no space between two-letter abbreviations (i.e., U.S., P.O.).

Just like with men and women, monograms for children follow the same order of first, last and middle initial, with the last name initial being larger than the other two. However, just as with adults, if the font size of the initials are to be the same, then the order is as such: first, middle and last.
