So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. the author of the document followed by a period. The title of the document followed by a period. The URL in typewriter font (including http:// because some URLs are ftp://) preceded by available at: the date when the URL was last checked (month seems sufficient)

Provide the website name (without italics) in the source element. Include a period after the website name, followed by the URL. When the author of the work is the same as the website name, omit the site name from the source element to avoid repetition.
Select what you'd like to turn into a link and then select Insert > Hyperlink or press Ctrl + K. Select Place in This Document. Choose where you'd like the link to connect to and select OK.
Highlight the text (or image) that you would like to turn into a link. Click the Create Hyperlink icon (Figure) in the toolbar. Select Link to a file. Click Next. Select Existing file from server, and click Next.
