Just starting to use this - think it will work for me. Sometimes find it awkward to intuit what to do, so would really benefit from a webinar if offered free.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Super User Friendly and Wonderful Service
Made signing in and using the service very easy. PDFFiller helped me fill in my PDF with ease. Their service department was extraordinarily helpful, too.
When I needed to cancel, they offered a quick refund and provided links with instructions in how to proceed. Great team, thank you very much.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

AWESOME SOFTWARE
Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I forgot to cancel after free subscription expired.... My account was debited for the year subscription but my rent was die and they refunded my money. I was so scared about how to get the money.... No worries at all thank you

How do I respond to IRS Notice?
Explain why you disagree. Include any documents and information you want the IRS to consider, along with the bottom tear-off portion of the notice (or a copy of the entire notice). Mail the information to the IRS address shown on the notice. Allow at least 30 days for a response (and it often takes longer).
Can you view IRS notices online?
Taxpayers can access their federal tax information through a secure login at IRS.gov/account. After logging in, the user can view: The amount they owe. Their payment history.

You can access your federal tax account through a secure login at IRS.gov/account. Once in your account, you can view the amount you owe along with details of your balance, view 18 months of payment history, access Get Transcript, and view key information from your current year tax return.
